Remote Permanent Salary Range: $160,000yr-$225,000/yr Required Skills & Experience• Software engineering background with hands-on development experience• Experience building AI/LLM applications using tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, MCP servers, and/or other modern AI tooling• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate software development, testing, and documentation• Experience designing, debugging, and deploying autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML development tools and frameworks• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms, and APIs• Comfortable working with legacy systems and driving modernization through AI and automation• Passion for experimenting with AI, automation, and innovative solutions that deliver business valueNice to Have Skills & Experience• Exposure to systemic orchestration or designing Guardrail Layers and the Eval Frameworks.Day to Day We are seeking an Agentic Developer to join a specialized "Modernization Strike Team" focused on rewriting how enterprise software is built, tested, and operated using AI. Your mission is to use AI to build autonomous agents and workflows that transform legacy ERP systems into modern, AI-driven platforms. We expect you to be a "Full-Stack Agent Engineer." You should be comfortable taking complex business requirements and building a multi-step AI workflow that solves it. You are not maintaining old code, you are building the future. If you enjoy 4-hour "alignment meetings" and writing Jira tickets for things an agent could do in 3 seconds, this is NOT the job for you. While a traditional "Senior Software Engineer" might be focused on completing tickets, a this person is focused on automating workflows and owning the execution of AI-driven modules. You’ll have the freedom to choose the models, frameworks, and agent architectures you believe will win. You won't be the "only AI person" in the room. You’ll be part of a 4-person squad of like-minded enthusiasts who are all obsessed with moving 10x faster.Responsibilities include:• AI-Native Workflow: Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation 10x faster than traditional methods.• Agentic Implementation: Build, debug, and deploy autonomous agents (LangGraph, AutoGen, Playwright-LLM hybrids) that navigate complex ERP schemas and business logic.• Legacy-to-Modern Bridge: Treat 20-year-old legacy systems as puzzles for AI-driven modernization.• Deterministic Mindset: Build for 100% reliability with automated validation, evals, and guardrails.
