If this sounds like you, come join Space Force Analytics (SFA) and a team of scientists, engineers, and space system acquisition experts that are developing the next generation of remote sensing satellite and ground systems.
You will work with SFA colleagues, other support contractors, and U.S. Space Force personnel to acquire and develop Missile Warning/Defense, Weather, and Nuclear Detection Systems. Your expertise and innovative thinking will be critical to the success of the programs that you support. Hybrid work from home and Los Angeles Air Force Base, with occasional travel to various contractor sites and U.S. Government installations.
In this role, you will lead the planning, integration and execution of system-level test and verification activities to ensure that the U.S. Nuclear Detonation Detection System ground segment meets performance, reliability, cybersecurity, and operational readiness requirements prior to operational acceptance and sustainment.
You Have
6+ years of experience supporting large-scale national security space missions in systems engineering, integration, or test
5+ years of experience leading or supporting system-level test programs for DoD space or ground software systems
Experience developing and executing integrated test strategies across developmental test (DT), integration test, system test, and operational test (OT)
Experience with verification and validation (V&V), requirements traceability, test readiness reviews, and operational readiness reviews
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and sustainment
Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs and milestone reviews
Knowledge of systems engineering life-cycle processes, including requirements development, integration, verification, validation, and configuration management
Ability to communicate clearly and provide senior leadership with objective readiness assessments and risk insights
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
Nice if You Have
Experience leading agile software programs or test campaigns for agile software programs
Experience supporting ground segment integration tests
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Experience with test automation, modeling and simulation, or digital engineering environments
Master's degree in a STEM-related field

$150K to $250K, depending on qualifications and experience
