BOC General ManagerThe BOC General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Bus Operations Control (BOC) department, ensuring efficient and effective dispatching of transit services. This role manages 3 BOC Managers and 12 Shift Supervisors to ensure proper coordination of fixed-route services, adherence to service schedules, and compliance with all safety and operational policies. In addition, the BOC General Manager plays a key leadership role in maintaining communication between operations, maintenance, safety, and customer service teams to provide a seamless and high-quality transit experience.
