Stone CNC operator/programmer

Looking for an experienced and dependable CNC programmer and operator to oversee a growing stone fabrication company. Responsibilities include the following: · Develop and program CNC instructions using programming software · Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications · Set up and operate CNC machine to fabricate parts according to specifications · Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed · Inspect material for quality control using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers The ideal candidate will exhibit the following qualities: · Experience working with a stone shop with material such as Granite, Quartz, Marble, etc · Strong knowledge of programming software · Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications · Excellent time management of production schedules to meet deadline requirements · Knowledge of fabrication techniques and processes · Experience with hand tools and machining equipment · Effective communication skills and attention to detail Please submit resume / experience for consideration.
