Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, NY, for a Placement Officer. The Placement Officer will manage relationships with corporate partners to facilitate campus recruitment opportunities. Main responsibilities include organizing and overseeing placement activities, guiding students in their career paths, preparing them for interviews, and conducting training sessions. They will also aim to build and maintain a strong network of industry connections to enhance job opportunities for students. Qualifications Proven experience in Campus Placement coordination and understanding corporate recruitment processesStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, and corporate employersCareer Counseling and guidance abilities to support students in identifying and pursuing career opportunitiesExperience in Training and development programs aimed at enhancing student employabilityUnderstanding of the Education sector and its evolving trendsRelevant experience in a similar academic environment or corporate relations role is an advantageA graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or a related fieldExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities
