Additional responsibilities include preparing specimens for laboratory analysis, providing excellent customer service to patients, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Medical Terminology and Laboratory Medicine skillsLaboratory Skills for handling and preparing specimensProficient in Venipuncture techniquesExcellent Customer Service skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentCertified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification requiredPrevious experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
