Lead Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Lead Instructional Designer to develop effective learning programs that drive software adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of a learning content strategy aligned with business objectives Design and implement scalable content and develop curriculum for various applications and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and conduct regular audits for quality assurance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, technical writing, or a related field with 5-8 years of related experience, or a degree in computer science with relevant work experience Experience using instructional design principles and GenAI tools Knowledge of web application development and basic understanding of HTML, XML, and CSS Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA Self-starter mentality with a passion for continuous learning and ability to work independently
