This position will support the Team Lead for the US Marine Corps Special Projects Team, code JXYR.NOTE This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to be in office one day per month.Job Responsibilities The person shall prepare, review, analyze, and assess Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) identified for the Expeditionary Medical Systems (EMS) Team at Marine Corps Systems Command. This could include changes to new hardware or software being added to the systems or possibly old hardware and software getting removedThis person will provide the following EMS Interoperability, Test, and Evaluation, Trials Support to the EMS TeamShall assist the government in the generation and review of testing plans and proceduresThe person shall attend test events/provide test support for EMS hardware and software, as requiredThe person shall provide test reports upon completion of test events as required by the Government according to the basic task orderConduct business travel to attend conferences at the request of the governmentThis person will be required to attend weekly and monthly EMS team meetings. Remote attendance is acceptableThis person shall support the Government with quality assurance analysis on EMS systems, subsystems, equipment, and componentsThe person shall provide quality assurance analysis on vendors’ documents supplied with medical devices and the associated cybersecurity documentsThe person shall support the overall program management in terms of planning and procedures, scheduling, and manpower estimation for the completion of tasksAs required by the government, the person shall provide support for researching vendor sources for supplies, components, software, or system equipment to support the repair, replacement, procurement, or manufacture of electronic or mechanical systems or subsystemsThe person shall prepare documents, schedules, and briefing materials for use by the Government to present, review or brief technical materials developed or modifiedThis person will assist the EMS Team Lead in meeting the program’s government cyber security policies and compliance with the Clinger-Cohen ActThis person will work in an environment that demands a high degree of administrative and organizational skillsQualificationsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCEBachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience or more with (3) years related experience in cybersecurity engineeringThree or more years developing Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for implementation in a hardware and software test environmentNo clearance required to start however must have the ability to obtain Secret security clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance processUS Citizenship requiredPossess Specialized training and certs related to cybersecurityDesired SkillsAny completed course of training related to software testingPossess strong communication skillsPossess strong administrative and organizational skills
