Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for Northeast site leads and sales consultants Manage and monitor case-related communications within Inventory system to ensure timely responses and resolution Drive accountability and follow-through across stakeholders; escalate issues as appropriate Facilitate clear, consistent communication to support field sales operations and customer service levels Identify communication gaps and support continuous improvement efforts Qualifications3+ years of experience in customer service, operations coordination, or communications-focused roles Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and responsiveness Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders Familiarity with case management or ticketing systems preferred Highly proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across distributed teams Execution-focused, with a commitment to responsiveness and accountability Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality support The pay range for this role is $30/hr.
