Server/bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar & dining area, and ensuring that guests receive top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through cash registers and managing tabs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Experience Previous experience in bartending or a related hospitality role is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe environment for guests. A friendly demeanor combined with effective communication skills to enhance the overall guest experience.
