This is not a plug-and-play role stepping into a finished system.We have a clear picture of where this position is going, but we are not operating at that level yet. The right person will be able to learn systems and stay productive while they are being implemented in layers, growing into the full role over time.What This Role Looks LikeSupporting daily office operations, communication, and coordinationWorking across admin, customer service, scheduling, and light operationsLearning systems as they are introduced and helping keep work movingTaking on increasing responsibility as the business growsWhat We're Looking ForYou follow through on what you commit toYou stay productive even when things aren't fully definedYou communicate early if something isn't workingYou're comfortable learning as you go and taking on more over timeYou don't need to know everything on day one--but you do need to be willing to figure things out and keep moving forward.What This Role Is NotNot a fully structured, routine-only office positionNot a role where everything is already built and documentedNot a fit for someone who needs clear direction before taking actionQualificationsExperience in office administration, coordination, or operationsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with accounting, construction, or CRM systems is a plusCompensation$22-$28 per hour depending on experience and starting capability.This role includes an initial onboarding and training period.
