Mitigation Lead Technician

The Lead Restoration Technician is responsible to work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team restoring buildings that have been damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes.This role works closely with our team members to perform a variety of tasks such as removing and demolishing materials that cannot be restored, extracting standing water, and cleaning up affected materials and areas at job sites. Responsible for executing job action plans, manipulating contents, working in confined spaces, and utilizing power tools.Duties and Responsibilities:Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sitesExtract standing water if neededMove, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vansClean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debrisAssisting Project Forman with job site productionMaintaining job site safetyExecute job action plan for restoration productionContents manipulationWorking in confined spaces including heightsUtilization of power toolsAssist with warehouse dutiesUtilize truck mounted Extractor efficientlyIdentify and place drying equipmentAble to communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and SupervisorsRequired QualificationsMust have Valid Drivers' LicenseMust pass background checkMust have reliable transportation to Main officeAble to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twistingClean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulationsWorking in a team environmentWorking in tight or confined spaces
