Firm has an excellent reputation and is well known to us, having worked with them many times over the years. Working hours are 8:45a.m.-5p.m. (Mon-Fri), and firm offers great work/life balance. They have an excellent benefits package starting day one. This role is available due to the promotion of someone who was hired into this same role less than a year ago!What you'll do: Be the welcoming face and voice of this 40+ person staff as a dynamic Front Desk Administrator! You'll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone who walks through the doors or calls the main line. Beyond the essentials, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant company culture by assisting with employee appreciation events and celebrations – think creative coordination, gift curation and making moments memorable!Your responsibilities will also encompass:Creating a Stellar First Impression: Warmly greeting visitors and expertly managing incoming phone calls.Keeping Things Running Smoothly: Overseeing office hospitality functions, including supply management, vendor coordination, and light facilities support.Collaborative Support: Partnering with the team on general administrative tasks as needed.Growth Opportunities: As your skills and interests evolve, you'll have the chance to take on new projects and shape aspects of the role beyond these core responsibilities.Team Setting: You'll be an integral part of a small, friendly, and warm administrative team, where your contributions will be truly valued.About you: you embrace being full time in office and can be relied upon to keep structured 8:45a.m.-5p.m. hours, Mondays through Fridays. Office is not easily train accessible, so you'll need a car for this one!
