Parts Clerk
Deadline to apply is the end of the day on Thursday, April 9th.Hours: 5 day/8-hour shift OR 4 day/10-hour shift Job Summary:The Parts Clerk is responsible for packing materials and items from the receiving, warehouse and production areas to ship to our customers. This role ensures that parts are protected, organized and meet the company's quality and shipping standards.Responsibilities:Package parts in the correct materials and configurations to prevent damage during transportation and storage, this includes wrapping, boxing, and labeling partsInspect parts for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packaging to ensure they meet quality standardsMaintain accurate inventory of packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, foam, etc.) and request replenishments as necessaryLabel all packaged parts with accurate and legible product details, part numbers, and shipping informationEnsure that all required documentation accompanies shipmentsMeet deadlines for orders to be shipped out or stored. Maintain a steady workflow to ensure minimal delaysWork closely with the shipping and receiving team to coordinate packaging efforts and handle orders promptlyKeep the packaging area organized, clean, and efficient, ensuring all materials and tools are readily availableAdditional duties as assignedJob Qualifications:Great work ethic and attendance Ability to work independentlyAbility to operate with a sense of urgencyAbility to lift 50lbs Willingness to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Flexibility to work various shifts based on production needs High school diploma or GED required
