Manufacturing Parts Coordinator

Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionJOB DESCRIPTIONUtilize internal documents and defined processes to accurately pull parts for Assemblers and maintain up to date inventory databases. Follow company visual processes to replenish parts in point of use storage locations.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Represent Bonnell Industries' Inc. in a positive and professional manner while interacting with internal customers.Run daily pick list reports for jobs that are released to manufacturing.Locate, pull, and stage parts for assembly and/or fabrication departments based on pick lists generated by job.Monitor work center point of use storage locations and replenish parts to defined stocking levels daily.Assist Supply Chain department with planned and on-demand physical inventory cycle counting.Maintain an organized, well labeled general storage location and work center storage locations so that parts can be located easily.Qualified and capable of operating all types of forklifts, industrial vehicles, for delivery and pick up of large materials.Partner with purchasing department daily to communicate stock out situations and aid in adjusting inventory to match physical counts.Work closely with other departments to achieve company scheduling and quality goals.Perform accurate part number and quantity transactions within the ERP system and physically transfer parts to general storage locations upon receipt of purchased parts.Assist purchasing on processing material dispositions that include, damaged parts, rejected parts, and warranty claims on purchased parts.Pay Range: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hrFull Time Benefits401K with Company MatchProfit SharingDental, Vision, Medical InsuranceHealth Savings Account with Company MatchCompany Provided Life InsuranceCompany Provided Short Term DisabilityCompany Provided Long Term DisabilityReferral ProgramTuition ReimbursementPaid Time OffPaid TrainingPaid HolidaysOpportunities for AdvancementApparel AllowanceSafety Boot AllowancePrescription Safety Glass AllowanceRequirementsCompetenciesCustomer/Client Focus.Time Management.Organization Skills.Problem Solving.Communication Skills.Core ValuesQuality.Customer Relations.Loyal.Teamwork.Positive.Supervisory ResponsibilityNone.Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. Your manager will provide you with the specific details of your schedule. The schedule is subject to change due to customer requirements or business needs. Overtime may be necessary to handle emergencies, heavy workloads or other issues.TravelTravel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area and overnight travel may be expected. All travel must be approved in advance by management. Please reference the employee handbook for all applicable policies.Required Education and Experience• High School Diploma or G.E.D.• Related experience or completed training.• Advanced computer skills specifically Microsoft products.Preferred Education and Experience• Similar or related product knowledge.• Experience in a production environment.Salary Description
