Part Time Project Coordinator

Spay Neuter Network is looking for someone to take on the role of a Project Coordinator for our mobile animal surgical hospital (MASH), vaccine clinics and other offsite operational events. The purpose of this position is to integrate, manage and administer the growth and expansion of our community programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify new opportunities and contribute to the overall success of Spay Neuter Network.This Person Will Be Responsible ForFinding new locations for our MASH, vaccine clinics and specialty events. Planning, scheduling, organizing and directing the daily, weekly & monthly activities of the onsite staff. Review and analyze operational needs. Implement training plans for employees that focuses on onboarding and continued education. Conduct and participate in interviews to build team. Monitor employee performance and make recommendations for improvement. Inventory tracking, ordering and control. Job RequirementsWillingness to travel throughout the DFW metroplex, with occasional out-of-region travel required. Demonstrated results in managing projects from planning through execution. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with diverse cross functional teams. Detail oriented with the ability to review data / paperwork to ensure accuracy. Problem solving skills. Flexibility to work nontraditional hours. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.
