Key qualifications include deep expertise in Tableau reporting, Snowflake data handling and queries, visual design principles, performance tuning, strong data analysis, and effective communication skills to translate business requirements into functional dashboards and reports.Job Description: Implement end-to-end BI reporting solutions using Tableau that connects to our Snowflake data warehouse Transforming business needs into actionable visualizations in Tableau for use by stakeholders Work with business experts to understand business needs, translate business requirements into system functionality, and ensure that results meet establisheneeds, goals, and timelines. Developing rich interactive visualizations integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of IT and business stakeholders Delivering results through strong leadership and a focus on what’s best for our customers and users Adhere to and enforce USG’s software development methodology and standards, which include functional and technical designs, code reviews, unit &integration testing Clearly document and communicate technical designs, solutions, and issues Maintain a strong focus on positive customer experience through all interactions and delivered productsQualifications and Skills: Deep competency in Tableau reporting Experience with connecting to Snowflake data sources Experience with Snowflake queries Understanding of visual design principles Ability to effectively communicate with business users and translate business requirements into system functionality. Understanding of best practices and development standards for Tableau Performance tuning skills – SQL and Tableau Experience in designing and developing Analytics and Dashboards Strong data / process analysis skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams to design and deploy Tableau reports/dashboards Ability to assimilate knowledge quickly in a variety of domains and adept at leading discussions to articulate questions that are of value Effective Team playerAnam Chaudhry847-201-6116achaudhry@pksi.com
