Behavioral Health Crisis Center SupervisorLocation: Springfield, MissouriDepartment: Rapid Access UnitEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rapid Access Unit Supervisor to join our team at Burrell Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the Rapid Access Unit, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care and services during times of crisis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping others.The Rapid Access Unit Supervisor will be a leader in crisis services by offering support to clients and staff working in a 24/7 Behavioral Crisis Center.
