Sales Process Associate
Description: Position Summary-Hybrid RoleCandidate will need flexibility to report to Plymouth office and work from homeThe Sales Process Associate is an individual contributor role that provides essential support to sales and sales management teams, ensuring that data is managed accurately and efficiently. This position supports both internal staff and customers by facilitating sales activities, maintaining documentation, and prioritizing work to achieve customer satisfaction and project excellence.Core Responsibilities and TasksPerform entry-level tasks within sales processes or sub-processes, meeting established performance metricsFacilitate new customer set-up and gather necessary documentation (such as vendor forms, W9, certificates of insurance, etc.)Provide entry-level support to customer sales efforts, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issuesDistribute customer communications after sales and installations, and assist in resolving customer requests and problems, delivering customized responses as neededReview, edit, organize, and manage proposal documents, specifications, and supporting materials on internal platformsSupport SAP part number processes and may assist with account mapping and order entryAssist with account management tasks, update CRM data as directed, and generate and monitor reportsReview, submit, and track job packages; process return merchandise authorization (RMA) requestsExecute other duties as assignedPosition RequirementsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of applicable work experience, or Associate’s degree with demonstrated capability in comparable workKnowledge & Experience:Strong communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively within and across departments for alignment and information sharingCompetence in understanding and executing entry-level organizational tasks with guidanceBasic understanding of general business and sales conceptsFamiliarity with ERP and CRM systems (such as SAP)Basic knowledge of lean principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
