The electrical test department is also responsible for TDR and High Potential Leakage (HiPot) testing. Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pmDuties and Responsibilities:Gather necessary information and testing parameters for productionEnter information and test parameters into manufacturing equipment/systemOperate the machines that test boards for electrical defects, to include start-up and operationSet up jobsDe-bug defects and identify potential scrap codes for defectsIdentify passing and failing partsStamp printed circuit boards (PCBs)Retrieve programs from back upComplete self-correction sheetsFind defects such as continuity (opens) and isolations (shorts). Complete test and associated test certificatesFollow all departmental process procedures correctlyComplete all departmental documentation accuratelyComplete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the departmentPerform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist production–TTM strives to invest in our team members at all levels – starting on your first day. Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado.
