Position Care Partner – Full Time Location North Olmsted, Ohio Salary $18.00–$20.00 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 7:00am–7:00pm. Week 2: Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday, 7:00am–7:00pm. Responsibilities Advocate empathy, creating human connections with residents during vulnerable moments. Be engaged and curious, asking questions, learning, and pursuing development within the organization. Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. High‑school diploma or equivalent. English reading, writing, and verbal communication with residents. Positive, energetic attitude toward residents. Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, and to assist after a fall. Criminal clearance required.
