Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM & HRSD)We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement solutions across ITSM & HRSD modules (Incident, Problem, Change, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events)Develop ServiceNow components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and ACLsConfigure Service Catalog, SLAs, Notifications, Reports, and DashboardsBuild integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, and SSOSupport CMDB, Discovery, upgrades, deployments, and production issues (L2/L3)Work across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, and UATRequired Skills:Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM & HRSDProficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration HubKnowledge of Service Portal / Employee CenterStrong understanding of ITIL processes and HR workflowsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsAbility to independently deliver end-to-end modulesCertifications:CSA (Mandatory)CIS ITSM / HRSD (Preferred)
