IT Program Stf - E4- TS/SCI Required
For our client, we are seeking a IT Program Stf - E4- TS/SCI Required to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will guide the full lifecycle of highly sensitive IT programs, coordinating multiple technical teams and partners to keep complex portfolios aligned to mission objectives. The position requires strong governance, planning, and cross-functional execution skills to manage roadmaps, deliverables, and reporting across classified environments. The ideal candidate will also serve as a trusted bridge between business and technical stakeholders, helping translate requirements, support architecture planning, and drive implementation across integration boundaries.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $118,000 – $219,100 annually
Responsibilities:
Lead the full program lifecycle for classified IT portfolios using waterfall and agile methodologies Coordinate technical requirements across multiple teams and partners Drive strategic planning and governance reporting Manage portfolio roadmaps and deliverables across multiple project streams Perform systems analysis and support architecture planning for classified networks Serve as a subject matter expert and translate requirements across business and technical domains Implement complex technology capabilities across full-stack integration boundaries
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance required Strong project and program management experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies Familiarity with common project management tools Excellent communication skills Ability to adapt and make sound decisions under pressure Conflict resolution and team facilitation skills Results-driven with a focus on quality and compliance
