DevOps Engineer
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and communications industry, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting cloud infrastructure, system administration, and website platform maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and a friendly disposition, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: DevOps EngineerLocation: Greenwood Village, Denver, CO (On Site)What's the Job?Manage and maintain production website platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Oversee cloud infrastructure and system administration tasks, supporting various network functions. Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex technical issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams for resolution. Create and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including configuration guides and procedures. Support network trials and proof-of-concept initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. What's Needed?Experience with storage administration, including SAN, NAS, and Block & File Storage Protocols. Working knowledge of virtualized (VNFs) and cloud-native (CNFs) core network functions on platforms like KVM, VMware, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. Proficiency with network protocols such as BGP, IGP, and firewalls, with Cisco UCS platform experience preferred. Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash, and containerization services such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience working with multicloud environments, monitoring tools like Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, and familiarity with security and compliance frameworks.
