Provides administrative and research support to help enable effective onboarding, learning delivery, and internal HR communications for the Safariland team.KEY OBJECTIVESProduce an LMS readiness and recommendation summary that documents researched learning platforms, supported file types (e.g., video, SCORM, PDFs, quizzes), and key considerations for launching computer‐based training.Create a structured inventory of existing training materials, including format, audience, and readiness for digitization and LMS upload, to support future learning deployment.Deliver a small pilot or proof‐of‐concept package (e.g., sample courses uploaded, test learners enrolled, basic user guide or job aid) demonstrating how learning content could be launched and supported within an LMS.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the setup of a learning management system (LMS) by organizing content, documenting requirements, and assisting with basic configuration and testingResearch computer‐based training options and common learning file types (e.g., videos, PDFs, quizzes, SCORM) and summarize recommendations for useHelp inventory existing training materials and assess readiness for conversion to digital, self‐paced learningAssist with uploading content, validating functionality, and supporting small pilot launchesCreate simple user guides, job aids, or comparison summaries to support LMS rollout and decision‐makingProvide support for HR initiatives and the delivery of HR services and processesPerform other related duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent and actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, human resources, psychology, or related fieldPrevious internship experience a plusExperience in the manufacturing industry a plusAbility to work with confidential information and maintain confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and Human Resources best practicesMust have the ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced changing business environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsSpanish language proficiency a plus
