Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Secondary Mathematics Teacher based in Columbus, GA. The teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing effective lesson plans, delivering engaging instructional activities, and assessing student progress to ensure mastery of mathematical concepts. Additional duties include fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues and parents, and adhering to district and state education standards to support student academic success. Qualifications Proficiency in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with a strong foundation in subject matter knowledgeExpertise in developing effective Lesson Plans and implementing diverse teaching strategiesCertified as a Qualified Teacher with appropriate state licensure for secondary educationStrong Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleaguesCommitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environmentExperience with integrating technology in the classroom is a plusBachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset
