EMI competency. **Seeking an experienced Aerospace Test/Validation Engineer with strong expertise in DO-160 environmental testing, qualification (QUAL) testing, and EMI/EMC compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience planning, executing, and supporting environmental and electromagnetic compatibility testing for aerospace products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and certification requirements. Prior aerospace experience is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute Environmental and EMI Qualification tests on Avionics productsPrepare test reports for regulatory complianceAssist in product certification for customer & regulatory (e.g., FAA) acceptanceCommunicate non-compliance incidents to pertinent partiesUse computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipmentYOU MUST HAVEBachelor s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other related Engineering degree.6+ years experience in Hardware/Product EngineeringExperience in Environmental and/or EMI testing for avionics product qualificationWE VALUEFamiliarity with Product Qualification guidance standards (DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, etc.)Basic knowledge of electronic display principlesBasic knowledge of hardware engineering standards and specificationsExperience with Hardware Verification testingExperience with optical testing/evaluation instrumentation for electronic display characterizationApplication of basic engineering techniques to optimize design of products, parts, systems or processesClear and concise communications
