Tree Service Worker

Overview we are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our tree service team (YOU MUST HAVE EXPERANCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FOREMAN). This role involves all aspects of tree work, including mild climbing, rigging, pruning, removals, machine operations, and chainsaws, chippers, and mini skids. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, in various weather conditions, and on challenging terrain. A strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work well with others are critical. This is a physically demanding job that requires focus, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Duties Safely operate chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and other tree care equipment Perform tree removals, pruning, and brush clearing with proper techniques Climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing gear when required (optional) Assist with rigging and lowering limbs in a controlled and safe manner Load and unload debris, equipment, and tools from trucks and trailers Maintain a clean and safe job site, including cleanup of branches and debris Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times Be physically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, twist, and work in various weather conditions Arrive on time and be prepared for a full day of physically demanding work Communicate respectfully with team members and clients Follow instructions from crew leader and work cooperatively with the team Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL is a plus but not required Prior experience in tree work, landscaping, or outdoor labor is preferred but not required (training provided for the right candidate) Requirements Must be 18 years or older Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform strenuous labor for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and company protocols Reliable transportation to and from the job site or designated meeting location Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude Must be drug-free and able to pass a background check if required Prior experience in tree work, landscaping, or construction is a plus Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL is highly desirable but not required Join us as we strive to create memorable experiences for our customers while fostering a supportive work environment for our Crew Members!
