As a Yard Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of the yard, coach your team, and make sure products are handled safely, accurately, and with pride. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who likes being close to the work and developing people along the way. This position offers a full benefit package with medical, dental, vision and 401k with a company match.What You’ll Be DoingLead, coach, and support yard team members every dayMake sure the right people are in the right roles and clear on expectationsOversee shipping, receiving, dispatch, inventory accuracy, and finished goods qualityCoordinate deliveries with customers, drivers, plants, and outside carriersEnsure safe loading/unloading and DOT complianceKeep inventory organized and accurate through cycle counts and follow‑upBe a safety role model—investigate incidents, improve processes, and work toward zero accidentsSupport continuous improvement and cross‑training across the teamUse MS D365 (or ERP) for order entry, returns, inventory, and invoicingPartner with Operations, Sales, Dispatch, and Manufacturing to meet customer needs
