Job Description Job Opportunity: Summer School Speech-Language PathologistOur organization is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join us for the summer session, providing essential support to students within a school environment. This temporary position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing students' communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the speech, language, and communication requirements of students.Design and execute therapy plans that align with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions.Work collaboratively with educators, families, and school personnel.Track and document student progress effectively.Engage in team meetings and contribute to discussions.Assist in fostering inclusive and stimulating learning environments.Qualifications and RequirementsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.Current state licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.Experience working in educational settings is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.Working ConditionsThis role will take place in a school setting, where you will interact with students, staff, and families.
