Overnight Machine Operator

If you're looking for a career that is close to home but with pay that is competitive with the cities and a culture that is second to none then apply today. *Responsibilities* * Operate a state of the art pulp molding machine * Monitor machine performance throughout the shift, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime. * Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; assist with fabrication and packaging as needed. * Follow safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. * Document production data accurately and communicate any operational concerns or machine issues to supervisors. *Requirements* * Experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus but not a requirement, we will train. * Experience with safety standards, materials handling (including forklift operation), assembly line processes, and packaging procedures a plus. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting machinery issues. * Prior warehouse experience or manufacturing facility background is preferred.
