Commercial Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager

Job Description The Commercial Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager plays a critical role in managing a variety of commercial plumbing projects, ranging from new construction to renovations and retrofits. Reporting directly to the Owner/Executive, this position oversees medium-sized teams of 6-15 members and ensures projects meet budget, timeline, and quality expectations. Utilizing specialized software tools, the role demands strong expertise in cost estimation, project planning, and client liaison to drive successful project outcomes.
