Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner Location: Westlake, TX (Onsite) Type: Interim-to-Hire Overview Korn Ferry is partnering with a global SaaS product company to identify a Senior Manager to lead and scale its Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) function. This role will serve as a key operational leader within HR, driving performance management, organizational effectiveness, and HRBP execution across a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. Role SummaryLead and manage a team of 3-4 HR Business Partners supporting U.S.-based functions, with global alignmentAct as the day-to-day operational lead for the HRBP function, partnering closely with the VP of HRSupport senior leadership teams with performance management, organizational design, and workforce planningDrive consistency and effectiveness in HRBP delivery across business unitsPartner with leadership on key talent decisions, including offer debriefs and hiring alignment (in coordination with Talent Acquisition)Build and evolve the HRBP function to support ongoing business growth, including organizational scale and transformation initiativesChallenge existing processes and introduce improvements aligned to business performance and agilityOperate as a strategic partner to the business, positioning HR as a driver of business outcomesKey Focus AreasPerformance management and employee effectivenessOrganizational design and workforce planningHRBP capability building and team leadershipExecutive and senior leadership partnershipBusiness transformation support (technology, AI, product evolution)Required ExperienceHRBP leadership experience at the Manager or Director level within a SaaS or technology organizationExperience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, or enterprise-scale environmentProven track record of building or scaling HRBP teams and capabilitiesStrong experience in organizational design and performance management frameworksAbility to influence senior leadership and operate as a trusted advisorComfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments with shifting prioritiesDemonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive changeProfilePractical, business-driven HR leader (not process-heavy or rigid)Comfortable operating in a "build" environment with evolving structureStrong communication and leadership presence with executive stakeholdersAdaptable and agile; able to operate effectively in undefined or gray areasFamiliarity with technology-led organizations and modern HR practices (including AI enablement trends) About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
