We install Control4 Smart Homes, Security Systems, Distriuted Audio and Video Systems, Home Theaters and Network systems.Key Job Responsibilities:The Operations Lead is responsible for assisting the Operation Manager with the development and accountability of technicians, and project management, and assists with initiatives to drive company growth.DevelopmentAdapt current training model to assist with technician’s development Provides in-field and off-site technical training to assigned technicians Provides guidance and/or training on advanced control system programmingProvides constructive feedback to Operation Manager on technician work behaviorsProjects Management / Supervision Provides supervision for small projects that do not require dedicated project management Provides oversight for no more than 2 concurrent projects that required project managementCompletes pre and post-walk and oversees commissioning of all projects. Provides guidance on completing basic to advanced system design Provides guidance on completing and delivering complex audiovisual, automation, networking, security, surveillance, and access control installations including setup, programming, calibration, and client educationResponsible for delivering every project on time within budget and scopeProject CoordinationFacilitates triage for all emergency situationsMinimum Job Requirements:Control4 certified huge plusComplete understanding of wifi and hard wired Networks routers and switchesMinimum of 1 year field supervisory experienceAbility to use hand/power tools, ladders, and motorized liftsStrong verbal and written communication skillsDriven, highly detailed, organized, and able to multitaskExcellent desktop and mobile computing skillsClean driving record and background check (required for DCJS certification)Completion of Livewire University within 1 year of employment.Disclaimer:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
