We are currently hiring for an Enterprise / Cloud Architect – GCP role with a strong focus on enterprise application migration and cloud enablement.Position: Enterprise / Cloud Architect Location: Austin, TX – Hybrid Experience: 12–15+ YearsWhat They Are Looking For:The client is specifically looking for an experienced architect who has hands-on experience migrating large-scale Java applications to GCP, with strong expertise in GKE, Kubernetes, and Valkey/Redis.Mandatory Skills:GCP / Google Cloud PlatformGKE / Google Kubernetes EngineValkey or Redis – Hands-on implementation is mandatoryJava / Enterprise Java ArchitectureEnterprise Application / Cloud MigrationKubernetesStateful Workloads & Session ManagementDNS / Service DiscoveryGCP Networking & Load BalancingHigh Availability, Failover & ResiliencyApplication Modernization / Legacy ModernizationStrong Architecture & Technical LeadershipWhat You Should Have:Experience migrating large, tightly coupled/monolithic Java applications to GCP.Hands-on experience with GKE and Kubernetes, including scalable and stateful workloads.Strong experience implementing or architecting Valkey/Redis caching, including HA, scalability, and application integration.Experience with session lifecycle management, DNS-based service discovery, networking, routing, and failover.Ability to work across application, cloud, networking, security, and DevOps teams.Strong communication skills and experience leading architecture discussions and technical decisions.Important: Valkey/Redis experience is a mandatory requirement, along with strong GCP/GKE and enterprise application migration experience.
