Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our team in Green Sulphur Springs, WV. In this role, you will provide personalized, in-home support to clients, assisting them with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities Provide in-home care services based on individual care plans Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, etc.) Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or condition to supervisors and healthcare professionals Administer medication reminders as directed Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers Follow all company policies, regulations, and care guidelines Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to undergo a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure Warm, caring personality with a commitment to client dignity and respect Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (but not required—training provided) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour Work Location: In person
