Engineering Intern - Summer 2026

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm Position Summary:The Engineering Intern will provide technical support focusing on Manufacturing, Quality, or Operational projects. This position will assist these departments through project definition and implementation. The scope of projects will range from continuous manufacturing improvements to researching new technology.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to the engineering departmentCreate detailed test methods, reports, or project plans for assigned responsibilitiesAssist with the implementation of process and design improvementsCoordinate and complete tasks as assigned by other departmentsParticipates in required company and department meetingsSupports and complies with the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ISO, and medical device requirementsRequired Qualifications:Motivated to impact a growing company and changing culturePursuing Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent degreeAbility to create and modify CAD models and read printsStrong verbal and communication skillsAbility to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks when assignedProficient PC skills in a Windows environmentPreferred Qualifications:Hands-on machining or mechanical knowledgeMedical device experienceAutomation or controls experienceExcellent organizational skills and methods
