Mid-Level Data Analyst/Developer
Salary: $150,000 - 170,000 per year
Requirements:
Active Secret security clearance or eligible to obtain oneCapability to work in both classified and unclassified environments, including NIPRNet systemsProficient written and verbal communication skills for interactions with military and civilian personnelWillingness to travel up to 10% for training and operational supportProven ability to learn new tools, workflows, and operational contextsTeam-oriented mindset, able to collaborate with diverse Army and contractor personnelBachelors degree in a technical, analytical, or quantitative discipline3-6 years of experience in data analytics, software development, or data engineeringWorking knowledge of Python and SQLExperience in developing dashboards, data transformations, or analytical workflowsFamiliarity with enterprise analytics platforms or low-code/no-code toolsAbility to adhere to analytics standards and documentation practicesStrong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Create and sustain operational dashboardsAssist in delivering predictive analytics prototypesSupport training for ORSA, analysts, and staffContribute to the development of reusable analytics modules and instructional contentAid in Lunch & Learn events and analytics adoption initiativesHelp deliver in-person and virtual Army Vantage training, including sessions for analysts, staff, and ORSAAssist in refining training materials, exercises, and hands-on workshopsServe as instructional facilitators during training sessionsConfigure and maintain training-ready dashboards, datasets, and workflows for educational purposesSupport the execution of Lunch & Learn events, showcasing existing dashboards and analytics productsOffer on-the-floor and post-training assistance during and after sessionsAid in documenting standard operating procedures, analytics patterns, and training resourcesIntegrate training feedback into the iterative enhancement of analytics products and instructional materialsDemonstrate best practices for Army Vantage permissions, classification handling, and reuse during training sessions
