This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring accurate regulatory reporting, and supporting sustainability initiatives related to packaging and materials.The ideal candidate will manage large datasets, analyze product and material information, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. You will interpret legislation and translate legal obligations into actionable business strategies while maintaining a high level of data accuracy and reporting integrity.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating complex regulatory concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. A strategic mindset is essential to anticipate regulatory trends and proactively implement compliance solutions aligned with circular economy principles.Key Responsibilities:Lead EPR compliance projects, including planning, execution, and change managementManage and analyze large datasets related to products, materials, and packagingEnsure accurate and timely compliance reporting using Excel and EPR toolsInterpret regulatory requirements and translate them into business actionsCollaborate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityMonitor emerging regulations and drive proactive compliance strategiesRequired Skills:Strong project management and organizational skillsAdvanced analytical and data management capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn EPR/sustainability toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinking with a focus on sustainability and circular economyIn-depth knowledge of EPR frameworks and waste/recycling regulationsPreferred:Experience with packaging EPR compliance or sustainability reporting tools
