Maintain clear communication between the team and event stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3+ years managing complex projects, executive communications, or cross-team operations
Proven experience booking executive meetings and managing multiple calendars
Exceptional people skills and ease working with multiple stakeholders
Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools
