In this role, you play a role in the administration of grant policies and procedures for the HHPC2 contract in support of the NASA Human Research Program. The person will work at Johnson Space Center with a team of research management personnel.You Will:Coordinate meetings and reviews with stakeholdersParticipate in team meetings, status work progress and provide inputs for team successMaintain HRP Program Planning & Control products and tools related to grants management and other administrative functionsProvide subject-matter expertise in support of HRP Grants Technical officerFacilitate and status Grant submissions in support of HRP Program and Element activitiesMonitor and ensure compliance and escalation processes for grantsDefine and track metrics for grant award complianceWhat You Bring:You bring experience as a subject matter expert in grants management, program planning & control, and research planning data management. You use your experience and judgment to implement grant management best practices and optimize tools, processes, and standards. You comply with KBR’s Safety, Health and Environmental Plan, Quality Plan, and all safety policies and procedures, and complete all assigned training.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIREDHigh School DiplomaMinimum of 10 years experience in administrative supportMinimum of 5 years experience in federal grant and contract managementExperience working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and multi-task assignmentsDESIREDExperience with NASA and/or NASA procedures and processesExperience in a scientific or research environmentYOUR SKILLS:REQUIREDWell-developed skills in both written and verbal communicationSelf-motivated and proactive ability to learn on the jobExperience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint)WHAT TO EXPECT:This position is expected to be 60% in person.
