Certified Spin/Cycling Instructor
Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Spin / Indoor Cycling Instructor to lead corporate wellness cycling classes in a professional workplace environment. This role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys motivating small groups and delivering engaging, effective workouts without the pressure of sales or large class sizes.
Class days and times are to be determined based on instructor and client availability, with sessions most commonly scheduled before work, during lunch, or after work. Typical class size ranges from 1–15 participants, and instructors are only required to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start. This is a paid, ongoing opportunity within a supportive corporate wellness program.
Responsibilities
Lead indoor cycling classes for corporate employees
Create engaging, safe, and effective rides suitable for a wide range of fitness levels
Cue proper bike setup, riding form, cadence, and resistance
Provide motivation and encouragement while maintaining an inclusive and professional environment
Adapt class structure and intensity based on group size and participant ability
Provide and manage your own music playlist appropriate for a professional workplace setting
Maintain reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in a corporate environment
Qualifications & Experience
Current Indoor Cycling / Spin certification from an accredited organization (required)
Experience teaching group indoor cycling classes
Strong knowledge of bike setup, cycling technique, and safe intensity progressions
Ability to confidently lead small groups with varying experience levels
Comfortable working independently in a corporate setting
Experience in corporate wellness, group fitness, personal training, or endurance sports is a plus
