Join our Team as an Electronic Parts Catalog Specialist!The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Electronic Parts Catalog Specialist who brings accuracy, organization, and a strong service mindset to the table. In this role, you will support the Parts Department’s commitment to delivering a high level of service to both internal and external customers.You will be responsible for inputting new product launch information into the TICO Catalog System to support part confirmation and ordering, which directly populates the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC). You’ll also process Toyota Special Design Requests and Engineering Change Instructions for material handling equipment, ensuring catalog accuracy and reliability. If you enjoy the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to operational excellence - apply!What You’ll Be DoingParticipate in the creation of the EPC for regionally designed forklifts, including drawings and parts lists in a standardized format.Update the EPC with Engineering Change Instructions released by Engineering.Process and update Toyota Special Design Requests, including historical requests as required.Identify and correct catalog errors reported by Toyota Dealers or the Quality team to ensure data integrity.Contribute to team success by maintaining accuracy, reliability, and alignment with company core values.Support additional duties and department initiatives as assigned.What We’re Looking For2 + years of data-driven customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to work within structured processesAbility to work effectively in a supervised task-driven environment What Sets You ApartCollege degreeKnowledge of industrial and material handling equipment Experience working with catalog systems, parts, operations or structured data environments Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement Strong collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindsetWhere And When You’ll WorkEnjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Columbus, IN office 3 days a week and work remotely 2 days a week.Typical first shift hours, Monday through Friday.What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:Salary - $40,210 - $72,545 per year.
