Customer Care Representative
Position Overview**This is NOT a work-from-home position**We are hiring Customer Care Representatives to support PayIts omni-channel customer support for PayIts web-site tools. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in delivering a reliable, professional customer experience and who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.You will serve as a front-line support professional, supporting users through voice and written channels while providing clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with PayIts web-site tools.Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries about government services and transactionsProvide clear, professional, and grammatically correct written communicationNavigate multiple systems and applications efficientlyFollow compliance, quality, and security standardsParticipate in training, coaching, and team meetingsSupport operational needs, including occasional schedule adjustmentsQualifications & SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent grammar and attention to detailProfessional demeanor and customer-focused mindsetComputer proficiency and ability to learn new systemsReliability, adaptability, and motivated to growPrior customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
