Construction PM

This person will be overseeing the management of a portfolio of facilities construction projects. The daily responsibilities will include working with counterparts to make sure the project is moving forward, monitoring change orders and making sure they are being done in timely manner, and monitoring all field work making sure things are being appropriately managed and tasks are completed in a timely manner. This person needs to have skill at emergency management as well. They will also be responsible for the approval and reviewing of pay applications.
