This is a full-time, salaried opportunity offering a competitive salary, bonus, 401(k) match, and a strong benefits package.Job Overview: As the Technical Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute projects within the life science, oil and gas, and restaurant industry, particularly focusing on Enterprise Applications and integrations. Your excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and a drive for achieving exceptional results in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Develop detailed project estimates, work plans, and resource allocation to ensure successful project deliveryDeliver projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with client goalsManage day-to-day execution of project tasksSchedule and communicate tasks, deadlines, and milestones to all stakeholders and team membersContinually manage project expectations to ensure successful outcomesStakeholder Engagement:Establish strong working relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs and expectationsConduct business user workshops, design reviews, and executive presentationsLead senior stakeholder/sponsor meetings and maintain executive presence throughout the projectRisk Management:Identify, document, mitigate, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, and decisionsUtilize project change management practices to manage scope and client expectationsReporting and Communication:Develop comprehensive weekly status reports and deliver them to project leadershipMaintain clear and concise communication with internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycleTechnology Expertise:Utilize your experience in the industry, with a specific focus on Azure and Application projects, to drive digital innovationExperience and deeper understanding of innovation and analytics processes, such as data modernization, analytics lifecycle management, and intelligent automation workflows, is a plusProject Team Management:Manage and lead projects using either waterfall or agile approaches with teams ranging from 3 to 20 membersFoster a collaborative and efficient team environment to ensure on-time and high-quality project deliveryWork on multiple client projects at a timeRequirements:8+ years of relevant professional experience managing technology projects, with a strong consulting and technical background10+ years of overall technology experience, with exposure to Azure projectsExcellent consulting skills, including critical thinking, analysis, communication, facilitation, and presentationExperience with core enterprise systems, such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Databricks, Synapse, experience, is a plusProven ability to manage and lead projects using either waterfall or agile approachesStrong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to removing barriers to progressExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical topics to non-technical audiencesWillingness to travel up to 50% of the time to client locations, as requiredQualities for Success:Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience)Commitment to company values and the ability to demonstrate them internally, with clients, and technology partnersEnthusiasm for exploring and implementing transformation-enabling technologies, such as machine learning, IoT, cloud, etcStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain diplomacy while commanding authorityExcellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and deliverable qualityAmbitious, energetic, and committed to continuous learning and growthPlease note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Equal Pay Transparency Laws in numerous states we operate.
