The Primary Therapist will be responsible for developing treatment plans, managing case loads, addressing chemical dependency challenges, and providing tailored care for individuals with dual diagnoses. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients, conducting individual therapy, facilitating group therapy, facilitating interventions, and delivering therapeutic services aligned with recovery goals.Qualifications$5,000 signing bonusMaster's Degree in mental health counseling, social work or related field.LPC, LCSW, MFT, LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT is requiredSkills in Treatment Planning and creating individualized care approachesKnowledge of Chemical Dependency and associated interventionsExperience in Case Management and coordinating support servicesExpertise in working with individuals with Dual DiagnosesStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to trauma-informed care and client-centered practices
