Service Technician Fireplace/Stove/Pool/Spa

Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for an outgoing and positive individual to join our Service department at our Tacoma location. The Service department is responsible for incoming service from 5 Retail locations. We service all products we sell.Job Summary:The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, making sure the correct parts get ordered for fireplaces, stoves and inserts, wood, gas and pellet. Also swim spas, spas and pools, in commercial and residential settings.Job Responsibilities:Knowledge or willingness to learn about fireplaces/gas stoves/pellet stovesKnowledge or willingness to learn about venting and partsAbility or willingness to learn to diagnose and repair fireplaces and stovesCommon sense when it comes to working with gas and fireWillingness to learn about spas and pool equipment.Willingness to take online training from our manufacturersCommunicate with other field techs and office to obtain needed partsProperly document work performed on each job.Keep abreast of factory technical bulletinsKeep work truck neat and cleanAdheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsExperience is recommended, but will trainPerform other duties as requestedRequired:Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and informationA valid state-issued driver's licensePass a criminal background and driving history checkMaintain a professional appearanceDependableCompany DescriptionAqua Rec’s is the Puget Sound region’s #1 choice for swimming pools, spas, as well as gas, wood, and pellet stoves, fireplaces and inserts.
