Seeking multiple IME (Independent Medical Examination) providers to cover New York State, including the five boroughs and Long Island for Neurology Key Details: No patient contact: IME exams involve observation and evaluation only no touching or treatment of the patient. Case review: Providers must review case logs prior to insurance claims. Coverage: Need multiple providers to ensure adequate coverage across NYS, focusing on the five boroughs and Long Island. Certification: Workers Compensation certification is required. Credentialing: Providers must complete the COI credentialing process. ( Takes a few days) Malpractice: Coverage for malpractice is provided. Role Description: Perform expert witness-style examinations (no treatment, no continuity of care, low liability). No patient-provider relationship is established this significantly reduces liability. Ancillary staff and scribes assist with report writing and clinical workflow.
