RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:EducationMaster's degree or higher in a generally recognized clinical discipline. As a Clinical Supervisor at Merakey at our Drug and Alcohol Program in Philadelphia, you’ll help shape a team dedicated to empowering individuals on their path to healing, growth, and lasting change.The Clinical Supervisor serves as a key leader within the Drug and Alcohol Program, supporting a positive, client-centered environment and guiding the team in delivering effective, recovery-focused services. This role helps ensure strong clinical practices, staff engagement, and overall program success.Responsibilities IncludeStaff ManagementHire, train, and staff to meet program needs; coach supervisors on interviewingProvide ongoing staff guidance, mentoring, and feedbackComplete evaluations; manage promotions and terminationsLead union-related processes for terminations and major violationsOversee supervisor handling of lower-level issues (attendance, performance)Step in for supervisor duties when neededModel and reinforce Merakey Core ValuesPromote a collaborative team environmentApprove staff timecardsProgram AdministrationProvide weekly supervision and bi-weekly team meetingsSupport staff professional and licensure developmentAttend assigned meetingsAssist with evidence-based practicesHandle administrative tasks (incident reports, case reviews, complaints)Earn $32.16 per hour.
